Onam Celebration
The Association's Onam Celebration is on Saturday Sept. 04, 2010. It will be at the Older Adult Centre (OAC) in the Square One Shopping Mall, 100 City Center Drive, Mississauga. The entrance is at the lower level between Bank of Montreal and The Bay. The details are:

  • Chief Guest: Nirmala Thomas, Thakazhi Award winning writer.
  • Ona-Sadhya (dinner): 5pm to 7pm
  • Entertainment: 7.30pm to 10pm
  • Tickets: Members: $12; Non-members: $15; Children 6-12 yrs.: $8
Please come with your family and friends and enjoy the celebrations.

Sports and Games
A Gymnasium at Edenrose School, 1342 Edenrose St., Mississauga is available for community sports activities. The rental is for Fridays from 8 pm to 10 pm for the current school year. Current activities include:

  • Badminton
  • Basketball
  • '56' Card Game
Come and make use of the facilities by joining the group activities.
